At AUP International Institute, we celebrate the achievements of our students who are building their academic futures in the United States today.

Mateo, a graduate of Steiner International School, began his college education in Ecuador through our 2+2 program, which allows students to complete their first two years in Ecuador and then transfer to a U.S. university with a guaranteed scholarship of up to 65%. He is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology at the University of West Alabama.

His experience reflects the value of our model: a progressive, accessible path that meets international standards, offering young people the opportunity to earn a degree in the U.S. at an initial cost comparable to that of a local private university.

Mateo sums it up in his own words:

“I chose AUP because it was my chance to earn an international degree and launch my professional career with a real opportunity to practice my profession in the U.S.”

This path opens up possibilities starting in high school, continues in Ecuador, and culminates on a U.S. campus, with academic benefits, internships, and professional opportunities that transform lives.
